Starting this year, sign-ups for our group will be done on an individual basis using Shawnee’s online registration system. Navigate to

And use these credentials to take advantage of our group rate:

Scoutmasters and Troop Committee will review the sign-ups as we closer to ski-time.
You can register online with Shawnee up to Feb 13th 11:59:59 pm.
In addition to registration, each Scout and guest should have $20 for the Troop for dinner and donation to the church, whether the Scout/guest is staying overnight or not
On February 222nd, we will meet at Westmont Methodist Church at 7:00 for roll call and transportation prep. We must arrive at the Shawnee Group Sales Station together at 10:00 for our group/unit entrance.
Any Scout or guest that wants a snowboard or skiing lesson (free/included with cost) must meet at the Lesson Area at Shawnee at 11:45.
Scouts staying overnight:
Our plan is to stay at Christ Episcopal Church’s (205 N 7th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360) fireplace hall overnight. Troop will provide pizza, bring your own board games and etc (no devices/electronics) . Or just sleep! Quick breakfast in the morning and head back in HT.
